Selection

Application Information

Thirty students will be selected to participate based on the quality of their application materials, their potential for leadership/impact at the University of Kansas School of Business, their potential for academic excellence. The committee will strongly consider each student's extracurricular and community involvement, demonstrated initiative, academic achievements and ability, and clear desire to pursue a career in business.

Invitations to apply will be sent to eligible students who indicate a business major on their application to KU. A complete application consists of a one-page professional resume and three short essay responses. Applications must be received by December 1 for students entering the School of Business in the Fall. Students will receive an email confirming their complete application has been received.

A committee will review all BLP application materials and academic records (as submitted by the student on his/her KU application) received by the deadline.
