The annual KU Leadership Challenge is open to students from both the Business and Engineering disciplines at the University of Kansas. This two-day event takes place every January.
The vision for the seminar is to develop leadership potential in sophomore and junior level students in the Schools of Business and Engineering. The program consists of bringing in speakers to assist students in understanding important leadership skills and tools, as well as include industry personnel to network and participate with the students.
There are tremendous opportunities for those corporate members who participate. Some of those opportunities include:
- Networking with top students from both the Business and Engineering Schools
- Getting your company's name and logo out in front of students (even those not attending the conference through advertising for the conference)
- Personal development opportunity to enhance your own leadership skills by attending the seminar
- Helping the students that you might potentially hire obtain the skills they need prior to coming to work at your company
Sponsorship information for the 2022 Leadership Challenge will be available soon.
To initiate sponsorship please fill out the registration form here and look for Leadership Challenge on the right hand side under "Attend Events."
In order to maximize the range of career paths represented at each event, organizations will be confirmed based on availability and also career focus. Companies must offer professional-level internship and full-time opportunities intended for KU Business or Engineering students. Space is limited. The University of Kansas reserves the right to decline corporate sponsorship. Refunds are not available after December 1.
Thank you in advance for your interest and participation!
