Decision sciences professor named area director

Steve Hillmer, professor of decision sciences, has been named director of the finance, economics and decision sciences area of the University of Kansas School of Business.

He joined the KU faculty in 1977 after receiving graduate degrees from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Read his faculty bio here.

Hillmer replaces Douglas Houston, who was recently named associate dean by incoming dean Neeli Bendapudi.
