KU Leadership Challenge is a two-day seminar designed to help students develop their leadership potential through formal programming and collaborative learning. Participation in Leadership Challenge allows an organization to connect with top students from the KU Schools of Business & Engineering, advertise their brand to potential recruits, and help impact leadership skills in the next generation of employees.
