Co-founder and Advisory Board Chair of the International Center for Ethics in Business.

Professor Emeritus of business administration and co-founder of the International Center for Ethics in Business. He helped establish the Center for Ethics and Values at the Georgia Institute of Technology, has organized many executive development programs and is a frequent speaker and consultant for business. He is the author of Behavior in Organizations (3rd ed.).
