Saetbyeol Kim
Assistant Professor of Marketing
Ph.D., University of Miami

Saetbyeol Kim’s research examines how consumers make decisions related to physical, mental, and social well-being. One stream of her work explores how consumers perceive mental and physical health needs differently and how those perceptions shape responses to products, services and public health messages. Another investigates how consumers evaluate information and interact with others in situations where identity and ideology play an important role.

Her work has been published in leading journals, including the Journal of Consumer Research and Social Influence.

Kim is the recipient of the 2025-26 Rising Star Award from the American Marketing Association's Consumer Behavior Special Interest Group.

Yunhyoung Kim

Yunhyoung Kim's research examines digital marketplaces, reinforcement learning, and quantitative behavioral modeling. His work combines insights from business, computer science, and industrial engineering to better understand decision-making in technology-enabled environments.

His research has been published in leading journals, including Marketing Science and Managerial and Decision Economics. He also serves as an ad hoc reviewer for journals such as Marketing Science, Production and Operations Management, and Service Science.

Junbeom Park
Assistant Professor of Management
Ph.D., University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign

Junbeom Park’s research examines how organizations and their leaders navigate visibility, scrutiny, and stakeholder judgment. His work explores how media attention, impression management, and symbolic actions shape strategic behavior and organizational outcomes.

Drawing on large-scale longitudinal data and quantitative and computational methods, Park studies these dynamics in contexts including CEO self-promotion, corporate layoffs, technology startups, institutional ownership, and innovation.

His research investigates how organizational actors influence the way consequential events are understood and evaluated by stakeholders. Park’s work has been published in the Journal of International Management.
