Real estate executive visits classroom

LAWRENCE ― Finance 400, a class focused in real estate finance, welcomed Nathaniel Hagedorn as a speaker Monday, Sept.12. Hagedorn is the president of Briarcliff Realty Co. During his presentation, Hagedorn shared with the class insight into his professional experiences in real estate finance and how important finance is to real estate development.

Since 2007, Briarcliff Realty Co. has been working to develop the Kansas City Northlands. The development includes building office and commercial spaces, single family residences, retail space, as well as condos and apartments.
