Current Activities

Retired from the Department of Veterans Affairs where she developed and implemented a Management Training Program for Mid-level managers and Executives, nationally. She also facilitated labor/management negotiations for the district. She was selected as the coordinator of a new Alternative Dispute Resolution Program in Kansas City. She was Director of the Employee Assistance Program and recognized nationally for its success.
