Crystal Bowman

Crystal Bowman is an accomplished HR leader with more than 15 years of strategic business and HR experience. She has diverse professional experience, working for organizations such as Payless ShoeSource, SE2, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. Currently, she is responsible for HR programs and projects and the HR Business Partner team at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas.

Bowman holds certifications in SHRM-CP, Organization Development, and Prosci Change Management, which enable her to lead teams as they implement effective talent strategies and programs that support organizational objectives.
