Minor in Management and Leadership

Program information

The management and leadership minor allows KU Business students to gain a relevant and marketable credential that supplements the hard skills of their major, better preparing them for the modern workplace —  not just for their first job, but throughout their careers.

Students can gain a competitive advantage when supplementing the technical skills of their major with the "soft skills" of this minor.

This minor is only open to students in the B.S.B. degree program pursuing a business major other than management and leadership.
