Why did you choose to attend the School of Business, and how did you choose your major?

I chose to attend the KU School of Business because it offers many great opportunities to grow outside of the classroom and to connect with other students, faculty, and employers. I decided to major in finance because I knew it would provide me with valuable knowledge applicable in many different fields within the business world. I added accounting as my second major because I enjoyed my ACCT 200 class. I also heard from many individuals how valuable the combination of finance and accounting is in the business world.
