Matt Lancaster

Matt Lancaster's background is in secondary education. He taught middle and high school English in Topeka, Kansas, while gaining experience in curriculum & program design and educational leadership through district curriculum committees, leading and participating in professional development, and graduate studies.

Lancaster became an assistant principal in Ottawa, Kansas, where he managed student discipline and attendance as well as instructional leadership and staff development.
