Rachel Kettering

Rachel Kettering was born in Kansas City, Missouri, but grew up in Avon, Indiana. She attended the University of Kansas and earned her bachelor's degree in elementary education. She was a student ambassador during her time at KU. Kettering taught second grade for two years in Spring Hill, Kansas, before coming back to the University of Kansas to be an academic advisor. 

Interests and hobbies

Kettering enjoys spending time with her dog, Rue. She loves finding new parks and dog bakeries to take her to. She also enjoys spending her free time with family and friends. Kettering is a big Jayhawk and Chiefs fan. She also enjoys reading in her free time.
