Biography

Sajeev Nair (Ph.D., University of Southern California) is an assistant professor of marketing at the KU School of Business. His research addresses substantive marketing strategy issues using quantitative empirical methods. His specific research interests include online word of mouth and new product management.

In addition to his terminal degree, he holds an M.S. in business administration from the University of Southern California, an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, and a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Kerala. Before joining academia, Nair worked for leading companies in India like PepsiCo and Bharti Airtel in various sales and marketing roles.
