The University of Kansas School of Business has named faculty leaders to key academic and administrative positions.

  • Adi Masli will serve as the school’s associate dean of graduate programs;
  • Keith Chauvin will serve as associate dean for student success; and
  • Jill Ellingson will serve as the area director of Management and Entrepreneurship.

Jide Wintoki, who began his tenure as School of Business dean in July, announced Masli’s appointment last month. Masli succeeds Wintoki in the role, which oversees the school’s master’s and doctoral programs.

 After each serving in interim capacities during the 2024–25 academic year, Chauvin and Ellingson were formally appointed to their respective leadership positions over the summer.

Chauvin’s role oversees the school’s academic success initiatives, including the Business Professional Development Program. Ellingson takes over the area director position previously held by Brian Anderson, who last year was appointed as the school’s executive director of entrepreneurship initiatives and forthcoming entrepreneurship hub.

 Each faculty member brings a strong record of scholarship, leadership and service to their new role.
