Business and Accounting Career Fairs

Each September, the Business Career Fair and Accounting Career Fair bring eager recruiters looking to hire KU business students to campus. Companies from across the nation are represented, and many KU business alumni come back to campus to hire KU students. It's the ultimate opportunity to secure an internship or job. More than 125 companies visit campus to meet with and collect resumes from more than 1,300 attending students.

Because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the 2020 Business and Accounting Career Fairs will be held virtually. Virtual career fairs are online events that allow employers and students to meet in virtual environments, such as voice calls or video chat rooms, and offer a number of advantages to both students and employers. Students benefit by saving valuable time, which can be used on employer research and practicing elevator pitches. Moreover, students have the opportunity to meet with a wider range of employers, some of whom may not typically attend an all-day on-site event.

We will be working with Career Fair Plus to host our upcoming virtual career fair, to create an intuitive, user-friendly experience for students and employers. Please download the Career Fair Plus app in preparation for the virtual fair and check out this video demo to see how the platform works.
