The Business and Accounting Career Fairs allow recruiters to have access to a pool of talented and energetic students, taught by world-class faculty and geared to excel in today's business world. Employers can register for the career fairs in Handshake.

Registration fees

Fee includes one 6-foot table, tablecloth (by request at the event), four representatives, refreshments or lunch and parking.

Refreshments will be provided at the Accounting Career Fair and lunch and refreshments will be offered at the Business Career Fair.

Registration and sponsorship pricing for the 2026 fairs will be available in May.

There is an optional pre-night event to the Business Career Fair. This event will include all of the opportunities listed below, and students in attendance will include all business majors. Please note: There is not a pre-night event for the Accounting Career Fair.

To add this event, there will be an additional charge.

Gold and Platinum level sponsorships include this event at no extra charge.

  • Undergraduate Business Council: The Undergraduate Business Council (UBC) is a student group that advocates for and represents all KU School of Business undergraduate students. Additionally, UBC is the umbrella organization for all KU School of Business funded clubs. UBC collaborates with administration on student concerns and hosts Night Out With the Leaders, where student leaders (club presidents, members, and UBC committee) connect with recruiters before the career fair.
  • MSP-B (Mentored Scholars Program in Business):Night Out With the Leaders helps students in the Mentored Scholars Program (MSP) in Business network with employers and explore career opportunities suited for them. MSP helps Jayhawks grow as leaders in their field and community while providing access to professional and cultural opportunities. This program supports students’ academic and professional success, aiming for retention, graduation, and post-graduate success.
  • Career Forward Network: Career Forward Certificate earners complete more than 7 hours of training in job search etiquette and strategies, doubling their application and interview rates compared to peers. These students, from all business majors, participate in a semester-long program focused on achieving professional goals.
  • Business Professional Development Program badge earners: This program offers early career exposure and professional development opportunities through courses, events, and workshops. Students who excel in the program earn badges that reflect their exceptional preparedness for the job market.

Become a career fair sponsor

Sponsors may attend both career fairs with a sponsorship package but are not required to do so. Please indicate the event(s) you will be attending in the registration form.
