KU Business career fairs
- Engage directly with KU Business students through in-person recruiting.
- Registration includes space for up to four representatives, a 6-foot table, lunch, and parking.
- Swag and display materials are welcome; company-branded tablecloths are encouraged.

Registration fees
The career fair registration fee includes:
- One 6-foot table
- Company-branded tablecloths are encouraged. A tablecloth may be requested at the event if needed.
- Up to four representatives
- Refreshments, lunch and parking
Swag and displays are permitted at employer tables.
Additional representatives
If your organization plans to bring more than four representatives, you must add a second table to your registration.
- Second table fee: $300
Multiple fair bundle discount
Organizations attending more than one fair are eligible for a bundle discount. To attend both fairs, add $150 to the applicable registration price listed below.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after September 11, 2026.
$425 to attend either the Business Career Fair or the Accounting Career Fair. Add $150 to attend both fairs.

Become a career fair sponsor
Sponsors may attend both career fairs with a sponsorship package but are not required to do so. Please indicate the event(s) you will be attending in the registration form.
The sponsorship deadline for the 2026 career fairs is August 14.

Includes Silver Level benefits, plus:
- Company recognition on School of Business digital signage

Includes Gold and Silver Level benefits, plus:
- Waived fee for extra table at each attending event
- Individual sponsorship recognition on School of Business digital signage
- Recognition on Business Career Services webpages
- Individual recognition and mention on all Business Career Services social channels and reshared via main School of Business channels
- Individual company feature in newsletter (logo, company description, positions recruited, key recruiting dates, application deadlines, etc.)
