KU School of Business online MBA program rises in U.S. News & World Report rankings

LAWRENCE — The University of Kansas School of Business online MBA program moved up four spots to No. 16 overall in the 2022 edition of U.S. News & World Report’s “Best Online Programs.”

Among public universities, the school’s online MBA program is ranked 13th. U.S. News & World Report also ranks the program 10th for veterans overall, up two spots from last year, and 24th overall in general management specialization.

“Our continued improvement in these rankings over the past few years reflects our school’s commitment to delivering a high-quality graduate management education to students across Kansas, the nation and beyond,” said Jide Wintoki, associate dean of graduate programs. “We are proud to be recognized as a premier online graduate business program.”

The School of Business launched its online MBA program in fall 2015. It is designed for working professionals who are interested in advancing their careers through graduate management education and seek the flexibility of online courses.

U.S. News & World Report releases its “Best Graduate Schools” rankings each March and its “Best Colleges” rankings each September. Among public universities, KU has nine programs in the top 10 and 50 programs in the top 50 in the most recent edition of U.S. News & World Report’s graduate school rankings.
