Business Leadership Program

Program update

The Business Leadership Program is currently in a period of transition. Beginning fall 2027, eligible first-year students directly admitted to the School of Business may apply during their first semester through a competitive process, with the program starting in the spring. Applications will not open before fall 2027, and details will be shared as they become available.

A note from the director

Each year, we welcome intellectually curious and committed students into the Business Leadership Program to support, encourage, and challenge each other as leaders. 

There is no one perfect leadership style, and many directions in which leadership may take you. The program provides coaching and curriculum to help you:

  • Find your strengths,
  • Hone your skills, and
  • Chart a professional path that excites you.

The program supports the students, and ultimately the students support the KU community with their projects and their leadership.
