Amber Fernandez

Amber Fernandez was born and raised in Fort Madison, Iowa, and after graduating from high school, she embarked on a journey that led her to the sunflower-filled landscapes of Kansas. Fueled by a passion for language and literature, Fernandez pursued a degree in English at the University of Kansas. Prior to her role as a dedicated student records analyst at the KU School of Business, her professional trajectory was firmly rooted in the dynamic realm of information technology. With over two decades of hands-on experience, Fernandez honed her skills as an IT manager and systems administrator, navigating the ever-evolving landscape of technology. Currently, she is deepening her knowledge and expertise by pursuing a master's degree in technical communication from Arizona State University.
