Daniel Jimenez

Daniel Jimenez is an HR Coordinator for the University of Kansas School of Business. Prior to his current role, he served in academic administration within the School of Business, supporting faculty, students, and departmental operations. Before joining KU, he held positions at the University of Texas at Austin within both the College of Liberal Arts and University Housing and Dining. Throughout his career, Jimenez has worked across academic administration, student services, and organizational operations, developing a broad understanding of the people and processes that support higher education institutions.

Jimenez is passionate about supporting the people who make higher education possible. Whether working with faculty, staff, or students, he values building strong relationships, understanding organizational systems, and helping others navigate challenges effectively. He enjoys identifying opportunities for improvement and developing practical solutions that support both employee success and the university’s mission.
