Jarred Latta

Jarred Latta joined the KU Endowment team as Development Officer – School of Business on Dec. 1, 2021. On Jan. 1, 2024, he was promoted to Associate Development Director – School of Business.

Latta returned to Lawrence and the KU campus after a two-year stint at Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana. During his time in Ruston, he served on the Director of Athletics Senior Leadership Team as well as overseeing all daily, monthly and yearly operations of the Louisiana Tech Athletic Club (LTAC).

Prior to his time at Louisiana Tech, Latta spent three years with Kansas Athletics, including more than two years with the Williams Education Fund. He served as both an Annual Fund Officer – New Business & Development and Development Assistant. Latta began his career working for the Omaha Storm Chasers Baseball Organization, the Triple-A affiliate of the Kansas City Royals.

An Iola, Kansas native, Latta earned his bachelor’s degree in sports management and his master’s degree in business administration both from the University of Kansas. He has one son, Hudson (7).
