Kathryn Silvers

Kathryn Silvers serves as the Director of Undergraduate Recruitment for the School of Business. She earned a bachelor’s degree in English with an emphasis in secondary education from Washburn University in 2014 and then went on to earn a master’s degree in higher education administration from the University of Kansas in May 2016. At Washburn University, Silvers served as both a Peer Advisor and Educator, working with incoming first year students to assist them during the orientation process and the transition from high school to college throughout their first year. During her time as a University of Kansas student, Silvers served as the vice president for the Higher Education Student Association and held an internship in Kansas Athletics, working specifically with the women’s rowing team. Prior to her current role, Silvers served as the Assistant Director of Undergraduate Recruitment in the KU School of Engineering.
