Find new ways to approach challenges and move forward by participating in a six-week series focused on personal and professional growth.
Program overview
The Unstuck series includes six weekly sessions open to all undergraduate and graduate KU students on the Lawrence campus.
As a participant, you will:
- Learn to reframe limiting stories;
- Identify what's keeping you stuck and develop a plan to move forward;
- Test new ideas and approaches in a supportive environment;
- Build confidence in making decisions and taking next steps.
Fall 2026 Sessions
Undergraduate session:
4-5 p.m.

What to expect
Everyone gets stuck sometimes. Whether you're questioning your career path, struggling to get started on a goal or looking for a new perspective, Unstuck gives you a space to reflect, experiment and take action.
Through interactive activities and conversations with other students, you'll explore topics such as imposter syndrome, procrastination, career exploration and relationship-building. Each session is designed to help you make progress through small, manageable steps.
Who can register
All undergraduate and graduate KU students on the Lawrence campus.
