Capitol Gains: Building on alumni insights wordmark

Capitol Gains

The Capitol Gains initiative investigates how KU School of Business undergraduate alumni experience work and the workplace after graduation.

About the project

The project provides insight into how School of Business experiences contribute to graduates successfully navigating their first job and pursuing a path toward career success. It provides an avenue for alumni to report on what they gained during their time at Capitol Federal Hall.

  • Help future School of Business students by providing insight into the transition from college to the workplace.
  • Inform research on what School of Business students hope to achieve as they start their careers

Alumni represent a key resource to the KU School of Business. Your participation enriches and enables current students’ experiences. Thank you for making this substantial investment in helping current and future Business Jayhawks achieve their goals.

Project update

School of Business undergraduate students who graduated in May 2022 have completed an initial survey. This group of alumni received an invitation to take another survey in May 2023.

Spring 2023 business degree candidates received an invitation to complete the survey in April 2023.
