As a full-time MBA student, you’ll begin your education in the fall semester. Know your deadline and plan ahead so you have plenty of time to take the GMAT and provide all necessary documentation. The priority scholarship deadlines are Jan. 15, March 1, and May 1. Review the checklist below and get started on your application now. You will be automatically considered for scholarships once you’ve completed your application.

To apply to the KU Full-time MBA program, students must complete the online application through the Business Centralized Application Service (BusinessCAS) at: http://businesscas.org/applicants. All required materials are submitted directly this service, and BusinessCAS will forward all application materials to your designated programs.

On the online application, enter email addresses for two recommenders. After you’ve submitted your application, we’ll send them an email requesting they complete a recommendation form for you.
Take the mandatory Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT). It’s not necessary to submit scores before beginning the application process. Your file will be reviewed as soon as we receive your scores. Register here.
NOTICE: To accommodate prospective students who may not be able to access testing centers due to the COVID-19 outbreak, GMAT/GRE accommodations may be made for admission. The GRE is available to be taken online in your home, GRE General Test at Home. Non-native English speakers must demonstrate proof of English proficiency before gaining admission to a graduate program. Learn more about the KU English proficiency requirements for admission through Graduate Studies.
NOTICE: To accommodate non-native English speakers who may not be able to access testing centers due to the COVID-19 outbreak, KU Graduate Admissions will be accepting English proficiency scores through the Duolingo English Test. A score in the range of 90 – 160 is acceptable for admission. The TOEFL iBT Special Home Addition is available in select countries for test takers.
