If you would like to meet with an academic advisor, please schedule an appointment by visiting JayhawkGPS.ku.edu or by calling 785-864-7871.

• Please check in at the front desk of the Academic Services Advising Suite, 1160 Capitol Federal Hall, at the time of your meeting. Students who are 10 minutes or later to their appointment will be asked to reschedule.

For the summer 2026 semester, Jayhawk Academic Advising will offer campuswide drop-in advising services virtually from 8:30–10:30 a.m. CST Monday and Thursday. Students can join the queue using QTRAC at this link. More information can be found at advising.ku.edu.
